Tucked away in the cozy private lower-level studio of my home near Battle Lake, Minnesota.

This intimate studio was created with intention - to be a calm, welcoming environment where you can breathe deeply, move mindfully, and reconnect with yourself.

With small class sizes and personalized attention, you're invited to explore your practice at your own pace, in a space designed for self-discovery and soulful reset. Whether you're beginning your yoga journey or deepening your practice, you'll find a nurturing environment where you can simply be.

* Multi-Style Yoga classes offered weekly in the cozy lower level of my home. Enjoy Seasonal heated floors and leave relaxed and ready to take on the rest of your day.

My studio is perfect for small 6 to 8 person classes. Each class has a maximum number listed in the description. If the class you are interested in is full please register anyway as you will be placed on a waiting list and notified if a spot opens up.

About the Zen Den

I am so happy to share this special yoga space with you!

The cozy Lower level studio in my home is ready for your yoga practice and inward journey.

In Japanese the word ZEN means Meditation - I've designed the Zen Den to reflect that intention. With calming aromatherapy, soft lighting, thoughtful music, and seasonally heated floors, this space invites you to let go of the day and arrive fully in the present moment.

Yoga in the DEN is more than movement - it's an opportunity to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit.

PLEASE NOTE: The ZEN DEN is a cat-friendly studio.

While I don't offer dedicated cat yoga classes, our resident yoga cat, Karl, often makes a guest appearance, usually at the start of class (and sometimes mid-pose or during savasana!).

If you suffer from allergies, please know that while I do clean the studio before each class, I can't promise a completely allergen-free environment. Karl does his best to be low maintenance, but he's a lover of good vibes and has a knack for purr-fectly choosing to visit those radiating calm, cozy energy. If you're giving off good vibes, don't be surprised if he makes a paws-itively unannounced visit.


ABOUT ME


Jen Knudson RYT200 offers easygoing yet strong yoga classes that unite breath with movement. Her teaching blends strength, balance, flexibility, and range of motion, all delivered with a fun, loving, and mindful approach. Each class is creatively sequenced, offering something unique every time.

Jen brings a diverse background to her teaching: she worked for many years as an LPN, holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, has over 8 years of experience in Group fitness instruction, and has participated in CrossFit. She is also a certified level two Sound Healer and often closes her classes with a soothing Sound Bath.

Her yoga style is a mindful, athletic balance of strength and flexibility, drawing from multiple traditions to create a well-rounded and accessible practice.

ZEN DEN Sound Healing

As a Certified Sound Healer, Jen invites you to come as you are and experience the deeply restorative practice of sound bathing. You'll be held in a safe, welcoming space - free to bring whatever challenges you may be carrying into this meditative journey.

Sound baths offer a range of benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, enhanced focus, and greater mental clarity. Think of your body as a finely tuned instrument - just like music lifts your mood, sound healing helps your system recalibrate by absorbing the frequencies it needs most, bringing you back into harmony.
