Yoga & Sound Wellness Wednesday

Join Jen's Zen Den @ NEVERBETTER Monthly on the following Wednesdays for a 90-minute beginner-friendly whole-body yoga flow, a Relaxing sound bath, Nourishing Lunch, Overall Relaxation & Wellness. Each month brings a new theme as we come together as a community.

Lunch will be served at 11:00 am in the studio. It is available "To Go" if you are short on time.

*MUST register by the day before each event. The registration fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please notify Jen as soon as possible. Your registration fee will not be lost. You will be given a code to register for another available date.

Beginner Yoga

Max 6 People

Minimum 2 people - You can register for class until 10 pm the evening before for AM classes and up to 1 hour before PM classes. The class will be canceled if only one is signed up. You will be notified.

Explore the fundamentals of a multi-style yoga practice. Learn about traditional asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and the mind-body connection. Class is slow-paced and you'll challenge yourself as you work at your level in a safe supportive environment. You'll be offered modifications as you practice each pose. This class is great if you want to work on alignment and balance with an easy-going approach that encourages you to explore movement and find space in your body. You will be utilizing breathwork that allows you to quiet your mind. We will end each class in a restorative pose with a Lavender eye pillow and conclude with a Sound Bath. Hot tea and Water will be offered after each class. You will leave class relaxed and restored.

This class is located in a lower-level studio. It is for everyone as long as you can climb a flight of stairs, and have the agility to get up and down off the ground to stand, kneel, sit, and kneel on hands and knees. *We are also a cat-friendly studio. "Karl the yoga cat" often makes an appearance during class.* Floors are cleaned before every class. We conclude each class with a restorative pose and sound bath leaving you feeling grounded and energized.

**Please Bring your Yoga Mat, Blanket, or any personal equipment you use for your practice. All other equipment needed (blocks, straps, bands, weights) will be provided.

Yoga Flow Stretch & Strengthen @ The ZEN DEN

Max 8 people

Minimum 2 people - You can register for class until 10 pm the evening before for AM classes and up to 1 hour before PM classes. The class will be canceled if only one is signed up. You will be notified.

Stretch & Strengthen is a vinyasa flow for all levels at a moderate to fast pace. It combines breath work, and body awareness utilizing body weight to build strength, stamina, balance, and mobility. You do not need to be flexible to enjoy this class. Modifications are provided to assist you in creating space within your body. We end in a restorative pose and Sound Bath leaving you feeling grounded and energized.

This class is located in a lower-level studio. Yoga Flow - Slow & Steady @ The ZEN DEN

Max 6 People

Minimum 2 people - You can register for class until 10 pm the evening before for AM classes or 1 hour before for PM classes. The class will be canceled if only one is signed up. You will be notified as soon as the registration window closes if it is canceled.

Slow & Steady is for all levels at a gentle to moderate intensity. Smooth and slow, it focuses on mindfulness and deep breathing that combines breathwork and body awareness to build strength and mobility. Some postures are held a little longer encouraging you to deepen your stretch and listen to your body. Beginners will find this class a great place to start.

This class is located in a lower-level studio. Slow Flow Mindful Motion for Strength, Balance & Energy @ The ZEN DEN

Max 6 people

Minimum 2 people - You can register for class until 10 pm the evening before for AM classes and up to 1 hour before PM classes. The class will be canceled if only one is signed up. You will be notified.

90-Minute Slow Flow — Moderate Intensity

This class blends mindful movement with intentional stillness. We begin with sequences to warm the body then move into longer holds to deepen into each posture. We often have a playful burst of cardio in between to lift your energy and mix it up. You’ll explore stability, balance, and mobility, connected by functional, breath-led transitions.

Expect a variety of standing, seated, kneeling, and lying poses, with bodyweight strength woven in. Modifications are offered so every body can find space and comfort.

We close with Yoga Nidra in a restorative pose, enhanced by a warm lavender eye pillow and a harmonizing sound bath — leaving you grounded, relaxed, and recharged.
