Happy Holidays from the Zen Den

I hope you've been doing well. With Christmas and the New Year fast approaching, I wanted to share a few updates. I only have a few classes left on the schedule for 2025, so please look ahead to see what's available.

Beginning in January, I am excited to offer four morning opportunities to practice with me each week. As a reminder, each class has a minimum of two and a maximum of six participants. You can register for class anytime until 10 pm the night before. If you happen to be the only one registered for class, I will notify you at 10:00 pm if the class needs to be canceled. If you find yourself free that morning, the class isn't canceled, and there's still room, just send me a text. I'd be happy to add you!

Here's the updated schedule, effective the first week of January 2026.

Tuesday 60-minute 9:30 - 10:30 AM Stretch & Strengthen Vinyasa Flow

Wednesday 60 min 9:30-10:30 AM Slow & Steady Vinyasa flow

Thursday 90-minute 9:30-11:00 AM Mindful Movement

Saturday 90-minute 9:30-11:00 AM Stretch & Strengthen Vinyasa flow Restorative Yin fusion

I'm always happy to offer additional classes during the week. If two or more people are interested in an early morning class in the future, say 6:30 or 7 AM, let me know. We can explore making it a regular part of our weekly schedule.

The Thursday evening class will no longer appear on the regular schedule. I'm happy to offer a 60 or 90-minute session on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 5:15 pm or whatever late afternoon or evening time works best for you. Simply gather at least one other friend, give me 24 hours' notice, and choose the style of class you'd like to practice. The class will be added to the schedule for you to register and will welcome up to six people. These classes are offered on an as-requested basis and can be scheduled whenever you and your group wish to practice. The class will be open on the schedule for others to join if you do not have 6 in your group. This isn't a private offering, but a special opportunity to enjoy an evening class in the warm studio.

I wanted to give you all a little heads up that the studio will be closed for March and possibly the first two weeks of April. I'll be having surgery, and have been advised that recovery will take 4-6 weeks. I know I'll be eager to get back in the studio as soon as possible, and I'll keep you updated and let everyone know as soon as the full schedule is back up and running. I just wanted to thank you in advance for your understanding and support.

It's been such a pleasure to bring new touches to the studio this past year. I feel so blessed to have this small, intimate studio space where I can offer a unique boutique experience. I've loved hearing your feedback on how the end of class feels like a spa experience, allowing you to draw inward, restore, and elevate your practice. Your insights on the best times to practice have been invaluable, and as we look forward to 2026, I continue to invite your suggestions as I refine our schedule and class offerings.

If it's been a while since you've visited the studio, I hope you'll join us in 2026. Over the past year, I've added several enhancements to elevate your yoga practice, from warm blankets and supportive bolsters to cooling eucalyptus-mint cloths, all thoughtfully added to help you fully immerse yourself in your practice. I will continue to ensure that every moment on your mat is meaningful and that you get the most out of your practice.

Up until this point, I haven't increased my prices, but moving forward in 2026, there will be an adjustment.

Starting January 1st, 2026, my pricing will be updated as follows;

  • Drop-in $18.00

  • 5-class pass $75 ($15 per class)

  • 10-class pass $120 ($12 per class)

  • Special event classes $20

  • the 4% convince fee will not increase for online purchases. You are welcome to bring cash or a check and purchase class passes in person at your next class to avoid this fee.

These adjustments reflect both the average pricing in our area and the additional care, attention, and extras that make each session in the Zen Den meaningful and restorative.

My goal is to ensure your time with me is valuable, enjoyable, and well worth your investment. I deeply appreciate your commitment, not just to me, but to honoring your own time and practice on the mat. I look forward to making 2026 our best year yet.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
