Minimum 2 people - You can register for class until 10 pm the evening before for AM classes and up to 1 hour before PM classes. The class will be canceled if only one person is signed up. You will be notified.
Stretch & Strengthen Is a 60 Minute creative and energizing movement experience guided by breath and body awareness, using body weight and thoughtfully chosen props such as small hand weights, bands, or other supportive equipment to cultivate strength, balance, and mobility. We'll explore fluid sequences encouraging you to move in ways that feel authentic to your body. You do not need to be flexible to enjoy this class. Modifications are provided to assist you in creating space within your body. Expect a mix of challenges and opportunities to reset. We end in an assisted Savasana and Sound Bath, leaving you feeling grounded and energized. No two classes are the same.
This class is located in a lower-level studio. It is for everyone as long as you can climb a flight of stairs and have the agility to get up and down off the ground to stand, kneel, sit, and kneel on hands and knees. *We are also a cat-friendly studio. "Karl the yoga cat" often makes an appearance during class.* Floors are cleaned before every class.
**Please bring your Yoga Mat, or any personal equipment you use for your practice. All other equipment needed (blocks, bolsters, straps, bands, weights) will be provided.
