Minimum 2 people - You can register for class until 10 pm the evening before. The class will be canceled if only one person is signed up. You will be notified as soon as the registration window closes if it is canceled and will receive a class credit for the next Beach yoga offering.
Slow & Steady on the beach is for all levels at a gentle to moderate intensity. Smooth and slow, it focuses on mindfulness and deep breathing that combines breathwork and body awareness to build strength and mobility. Some postures are held a little longer, encouraging you to deepen your stretch and listen to your body. Beginners will find this class a great place to start.
This two-hour offering takes place on my Private beach on South Turtle Lake. We'll gather at the Zen Den and Carpool the 1 mile down to my rustic, gated beach area. *Please note that this class is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if Mother Nature has other plans.
Bring your yoga mat, Towel, and a change of clothes incase you decide to jump in the lake!
This class is not included with regular class passes and must be purchased separately. The convenience fee for online purchases has been waived as a courtesy.
